Can I purchase a product without being in a gift box? Yes. All items can be purchased separately if our Deluxe White Gift Box is not required. They are beautifully presented in our Kraft shipping boxes, wrapped with tissue paper and ribbon to ensure we make someone's day special.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within Australia. However please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to obtain a quote with Australia International Post.

What payment method do you accept?
We accept Visa & MasterCard through a secure payment gateway powered by Shopify as well as PayPal. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please email us at email@example.com to arrange payment and delivery.
What do I need to include in my delivery details?
Please include your name, full address and email or phone number; or the recipient’s full name, address and phone number. (Phone numbers are in case we need to contact you for any reason regarding your delivery. We will never ring for anything else😊).
** Please note: Courier companies will not delivery to PO Box addresses. If you wish to use a PO Box address, the parcel will be delivered via Australia Post Standard Delivery with tracking.
If you have purchased one of our greeting cards or require a complimentary message card with your order, please write your personal message in the message box that comes up when adding a product. How are items sent?
All our items are sent out via reputable couriers or by Standard Post via Australia Post. Each has tracking capability which will be automatically emailed to you for you to keep track where your order is.
We currently offer Free Shipping on individual purchases of Greeting Cards and Wish Bracelets. These will be sent Standard Australia Post. Please note no tracking is provided.
Do you offer express post?
Yes these are for Gift Box orders and costs are listed upon checkout based on Australia Post weight and satchel size to fit our boxes.
We do not Express post smaller items, or individual products, however please contact us for a quote before placing your order if you require this. At present our Standard Shipping with our Couriers deliver in 1- 3 days (adding 1-2 days more for Australian country destinations)

Can your gift box be delivered to a PO Box?
Yes it can via Australia Post only not our couriers. Please contact us before you place an order.
When are deliveries made?
Deliveries are made during business hours Monday – Friday. Excluding public holidays. For orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, they will be processed within the next business day.
Does someone need to be home to receive delivery?
No. If the recipient is not home, Australia Post or the courier company will leave the parcel if deemed safe at the front door or in a safe place with an ‘authority to leave’ authorisation card. This card is to arrange re-delivery or pick up at your local post office depending which shipping means was used.
Can I get gifts delivered to a hospital?
Yes. Please include the recipient’s full name, hospital name and address, and contact number, as well as the ward & room number. Please be aware of estimated delivery dates above. We do not offer same day delivery. Fertile Horizons will not be held responsible should the recipient check out of the hospital prior to the expected delivery date.
Can my delivery be tracked?
Yes. Once dispatched a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with the order with instructions to check tracking status. Free Shipping on Gift Cards & Wish Bracelets do not have tracking.
I’m sending a gift and don’t want the invoice to be seen?
That’s ok. No invoices are sent with the goods. If you require an invoice please email us within 1 day of purchase before we post and we can arrange to pack this together.
How are my items packaged?
Each item is wrapped in tissue paper and secured with Fertile Horizons logo sticker into a sturdy Shipping Box or protective packaging finished with ribbon.
Small items such as jewelery, come in a white velvet pouch and tissue wrapped into a shipping box or protective envelope.
We are proud of our products and do our best to make sure you receive them in good condition. However, Fertile Horizons cannot be held responsible for any damage to products during transit.
Are your teas and body care products safe when pregnant?
Yes, we have sourced quality products, tried and tested from reputable Australian suppliers whom have confirmed the ingredients are non-toxic and deemed safe during pregnancy or trying to conceive. Our pregnancy safe teas are: Clean Tea: Balance and Sanctuary.
Do you do Jewelery Repairs?
No. As our jewelery products are hand-made overseas, Fertile Horizons does not offer a repair service. If your product is faulty within a 30 day period, we will replace, refund or offer a credit to be used within 3 months from date of purchase. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to return the product with proof of purchase as outlined above within this time frame. This does not cover:
- Neglect or wear or tear
- Minor discrepancies
- Damage to products caused by accident or neglects to care for items as per Care Instructions with your product.
- Damage cause by scratching where the product has come in contact with another object or surface which is abrasive.

Do your necklaces/bracelets come in different lengths?
As we are a new store, they are only one length. However as we aim to grow, we’d love to have more options for you.
Are they real gemstone or lab made?
All jewelery containing gemstones are genuine natural semi-precious gemstones.
What metal is the jewelery made of?
Nearly all of our jewelery is 925 Sterling Silver. Gold chains are 18 K plated on Sterling Silver.
Others are polished stainless steel.
Can I swap items from your Gift Box?
We can custom a Gift Box, please email us at email@example.com or you can design your own online also.
Do your planners have refills?
Not at this stage but we will be looking into this for the near future.
Is your planner leather?
Our planners are PU leather, made to look and feel like leather.
What does BFP mean on the pregnancy token from the Reveal Box?
Big Fat Positive! It’s our trying to conceive language!
Are the reveal tokens real rose gold?
They are stainless steel plated with copper and made to look exactly like Rose Gold.
Do you sell the Planner stickers separate?
Yes these are available on our Etsy store - Fertile Horizons.
Can you send a personalised greeting card direct to someone?
Yes we can. Please write your personal message in the message box upon purchase and we will transfer this to your chosen card in our best handwriting!
My Flying Wish Paper won’t fly?
This beautiful inspirational ritual can take a little practice. Follow instructions, to let your wishes go in a safe tiled area inside your home, away from wind or drafts.
Why is My Wish Paper called Flying Prayer Paper?
These are Flying Wish Papers’ first and original packaging which stayed hugely popular with customers. They are exactly the same as Flying Wish Papers, just different packaging.
